龍門吊為什么安裝高度限位裝置
龍門吊起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構的(de)(de)起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)高度(du)(du)限(xian)(xian)位(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)是(shi)特種設備(bei)安(an)全(quan)(quan)技術規范中要求(qiu)的(de)(de)重要保(bao)護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)之(zhi)一,一般場(chang)合(he)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱龍(long)(long)門吊只需設置(zhi)一套起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)高度(du)(du)限(xian)(xian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi),為(wei)了防止(zhi)一套起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)高度(du)(du)限(xian)(xian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)失效時可能帶來的(de)(de)吊具沖頂的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)事故隱患(huan),很多龍(long)(long)門吊還設置(zhi)了第二起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)高度(du)(du)限(xian)(xian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)。通(tong)過兩種不同(tong)形式的(de)(de)起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)限(xian)(xian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)設置(zhi),雙重保(bao)護,提升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)械安(an)全(quan)(quan)性。
龍門吊高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)器(qi)作用是當(dang)取(qu)物裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)(shang)升到最(zui)高(gao)上(shang)(shang)極限(xian)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)時,自(zi)動(dong)切斷起(qi)(qi)升機構的(de)動(dong)力(li)(li)源(yuan)(yuan),使取(qu)物裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)再繼續升高(gao)。當(dang)起(qi)(qi)升達到設(she)定(ding)高(gao)度(du)時,起(qi)(qi)升機構應當(dang)能(neng)夠(gou)自(zi)動(dong)切斷動(dong)力(li)(li)電源(yuan)(yuan),并且在設(she)定(ding)高(gao)度(du)的(de)上(shang)(shang)方留有足(zu)夠(gou)高(gao)度(du)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),以保障上(shang)(shang)升制動(dong)有足(zu)夠(gou)安全(quan)(quan)行程。為了防(fang)止一套(tao)起(qi)(qi)升高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)器(qi)失(shi)效時可能(neng)帶來的(de)吊具沖頂的(de)安全(quan)(quan)事故隱患(huan),還可以設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)第(di)二起(qi)(qi)升高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)器(qi),設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)同形式。
為了避免一套起升高度限位器失效時可能帶來的沖頂隱患,龍門吊采用兩套起升高度限位器,設置成種形式,一種為傳動式,一種為重錘式,并且兩套裝置控制不同的斷路裝置。重錘式起升高度限位器的控制開關雖同樣接入起升機構上升動作的控制回路中,同時也接入起升制動器的電源回路中,當達到重錘式限位設定的高度時,會自動切斷起升機構和制動器的電源,實現起升機構緊急制動,達到起升上極限的保護功能。
