門式起重機起重小車的傳動過程順序是由電動機帶動齒輪聯軸器—減速器—齒輪—聯軸器—傳動軸最后由走行輪完成。
門式起重機起(qi)重小(xiao)車工作原理是起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)起(qi)重小(xiao)車走(zou)行機構,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機通電(dian),制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器松閘,動(dong)(dong)(dong)力通過(guo)聯軸(zhou)器將動(dong)(dong)(dong)力輸入減(jian)(jian)速器,它將電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機的高轉速低轉矩變成低轉速大轉矩,所以(yi)減(jian)(jian)速器不(bu)僅能起(qi)減(jian)(jian)速作用,而且能起(qi)到增大轉矩的作用。減(jian)(jian)速器低速軸(zhou)輸出的轉矩經過(guo)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou),驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)走(zou)行輪對在(zai)(zai)軌道上(shang)滾動(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實現起(qi)重小(xiao)車在(zai)(zai)軌道上(shang)橫(heng)向(xiang)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
