起重機的新型化及實用化發展趨勢

起重機在結(jie)構(gou)方面(mian)采用(yong)薄壁型材和(he)異形鋼、減少結(jie)構(gou)的拼接焊(han)縫,提高抗疲勞性能。采用(yong)各種高強(qiang)度低(di)合金鋼新材料(liao),提高承載能力,改(gai)善(shan)受力條件,減輕自(zi)重和(he)增加外形美觀。橋式(shi)起重機的橋架結(jie)構(gou)型式(shi)大多采用(yong)箱形四梁結(jie)構(gou),主(zhu)梁與端梁采用(yong)高強(qiang)度螺栓聯接,便于運輸與安裝(zhuang)。
起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)進(jin)一步開發新型傳動零(ling)(ling)部件(jian),簡(jian)化機(ji)(ji)構(gou)。“三合一”運行機(ji)(ji)構(gou)是將(jiang)電動機(ji)(ji)、減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)和制動器(qi)合為(wei)(wei)一體(ti),具(ju)有結構(gou)緊湊、輕巧美觀、拆裝方便、調整簡(jian)單、運行平穩、配(pei)套范圍大(da)等(deng)優點,國外(wai)已廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)到各(ge)種起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)運行機(ji)(ji)構(gou)上。為(wei)(wei)使(shi)中小(xiao)(xiao)噸位(wei)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)結構(gou)盡量(liang)簡(jian)化,同時降(jiang)低起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)尺(chi)寸(cun)高度(du),減(jian)(jian)(jian)小(xiao)(xiao)輪壓,國外(wai)已大(da)量(liang)采用(yong)(yong)電動葫蘆作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)起(qi)升(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)。為(wei)(wei)了減(jian)(jian)(jian)輕自(zi)(zi)重(zhong)(zhong),提高承(cheng)載能力(li),改(gai)善(shan)加(jia)工制造條(tiao)件(jian),增(zeng)加(jia)產品(pin)成(cheng)品(pin)率(lv),零(ling)(ling)部件(jian)盡量(liang)采用(yong)(yong)以焊代(dai)鑄,如減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)體(ti)、卷簡(jian)、滑輪等(deng)都用(yong)(yong)焊接結構(gou)。減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)齒輪都采用(yong)(yong)硬齒面,以減(jian)(jian)(jian)輕自(zi)(zi)重(zhong)(zhong)、減(jian)(jian)(jian)小(xiao)(xiao)體(ti)積、提高承(cheng)載能力(li)、增(zeng)加(jia)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命。液(ye)壓推桿(gan)盤式制動器(qi)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)范圍也越來越大(da)。此(ci)外(wai),各(ge)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)采用(yong)(yong)的(de)電動機(ji)(ji)都向高轉速(su)發展(zhan),從(cong)而減(jian)(jian)(jian)小(xiao)(xiao) 電機(ji)(ji)基(ji)座(zuo)號,減(jian)(jian)(jian)輕重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)與減(jian)(jian)(jian)小(xiao)(xiao)外(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun),并可配(pei)用(yong)(yong)制動力(li)矩小(xiao)(xiao)的(de)制動器(qi)。
起重機在電控(kong)方面開發(fa)性能好、成本低(di)、可(ke)靠(kao)性高的(de)調速系統(tong)和(he)電控(kong)系統(tong),發(fa)展半自動(dong)和(he)全自動(dong)操縱。采用(yong)機電儀液一體(ti)化技(ji)(ji)(ji)術,提高使用(yong)性能和(he)可(ke)靠(kao)性,增加起重機的(de)功能。開發(fa)了模(mo)(mo)糊(hu)邏輯電路的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術,用(yong)神經信息和(he)模(mo)(mo)糊(hu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術來(lai)尋找(zhao)開始加速的(de)最(zui)(zui)佳時刻(ke),將有經驗司機防(fang)擺實(shi)際操作的(de)數(shu)(shu)據輸(shu)入系統(tong),實(shi)現最(zui)(zui)優控(kong)制(zhi)。模(mo)(mo)糊(hu)控(kong)制(zhi)方式能確(que)定(ding)實(shi)施自動(dong)工作的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)指令,將人們主觀上的(de)模(mo)(mo)糊(hu)量通過模(mo)(mo)糊(hu)集合進行數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化定(ding)量。
